We’re pleased to announce the release of the 2025 ASEAN Business Sentiment Report — a collaboration between the ASEAN Federation of Accountants (AFA) and CPA Australia. This joint initiative brought together leaders and experts from across the region to share perspectives on ASEAN’s economic outlook, key opportunities, and evolving challenges shaping the business landscape in 2025 and beyond.
The report highlights ASEAN’s continued resilience, with projected growth of around 4%, driven by digital transformation, manufacturing integration, and sustainability efforts. Key areas of discussion include the impact of rising US trade tariffs, debt and financial vulnerabilities, and the need for stronger digital and trade integration, sustainable finance, and workforce renewal to ensure inclusive regional growth.
